Information we collect
GigTaxPro is designed to be used without an account. The vast majority of visitors can use every calculator on our site without giving us any personal information at all. Numbers you enter into the 1099 tax calculator, job offer analyzer, RSU vesting tool, cost-of-living adjuster, or annuity calculator are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
The Salary Insights feature is the one exception. When you choose to contribute your compensation data, the numerical values (base salary, bonus, RSU, role, level, city, company type) are stored in our database with a randomly generated anonymous identifier. We do not collect or store your name, email address, employer name, or any other personally identifying information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our content.
